MEY EDEN Easy-Bar is the smallest 5-gallon bottled water dispenser in the world and the only one to operate on the same principles of irrigation used 3000 years ago.
It works without mechanical taps or electricity, has great accessibility, and a good water flow rate. Research conducted by IGLOO DESIGN STRATEGY found that the size of a dispenser has a decisive influence on motivation to purchase and where the product is placed in the home, from both aesthetic and technical perspectives. The product definition was for the most compact dispenser possible while maintaining a good water flow rate. Since these requirements are mutually exclusive (flow rate is determined by water level) creative thinking was in order.
